Episode 52

This episode highlights some airline phenomenon like the "plane knocking" or "plane kissing"  people do as they enter the aircraft.

Along with some other strange phenomenon like why actors are so afraid to fly or why most people are soooooo interested in the mile high club?

But mostly this episode is dedicated to the phenomenal story of the amazing USAir ditching in the Hudson river!

betty,
thanks for this wonderful episode! i hadn\'t heard the clips you played, and was happy to hear them. (i can\'t stand the mainstream media; many of the questions dave & katie asked the crew and pilot proves how dumb they are.)

listening to the pilot and crew, i truly get goosebumps--what awesomely good and well-trained people we have up there. it is so gratifying to hear a \"happy ending\" story from an airline accident.

i really appreciate your taking the time to do your podcast--you have a great voice and are very interesting. i always look forward to the next one.

God bless and protect you.

Betty,

I really picked the wrong time to listen to this podCast, yet once it started I could not turn it off...I was on the street car and could not help but well up with tears of pride...

Thanks so much for taking the time to put this together; it sure made me proud to be a Flight Attendant.
